We used a 60-watt Helix with the following settings: 60% speed, 100% power, but you should use the recommended settings in your user's manual for your wattage machines. Also, don't be afraid to experiment with different settings for a deeper or lighter look.
Start by placing your jig into the system and loading the Jenga blocks - there are a total of 54 blocks. Engrave the first side of the blocks, then flip the blocks over and engrave the second set of numbers in the file. Once you finish the engraving wipe the smoke and debris off the blocks and you're done!
