Due to the sophisticated frosted look that is achieved, laser engraving glass has always been exceptionally popular.
This month we feature three different patterns on six high-ball glasses. It's the perfect combination of fun designs and functional glassware.
Vi använde en 75 -watt helix med följande inställningar: 100 % hastighet, 80 % effekt, 300 dpi.
This project utilizes Epilog's rotary attachment to engrave designs around each glass. The steps are fairly simple - first insert the rotary attachment, then place the glass on the attachment, manually focus, relocate the home position and send the job to the laser. Don't worry if that sounds like a lot, we'll go over each step in more detail below.
The first step is to install the rotary attachment. Do this by first moving the table down and removing the engraving table and/or vector cutting grid. Locate the holes on the left and center of the machine and then insert the rotary attachment into the engraving system. Make sure to plug the rotary attachment wires into the machine.
Once the rotary is attached, clip your first glass in place and manually focus the machine.
After you've focused the machine, turn on the Red Dot Pointer, disable the X/Y axis and move your home position to the very edge at the opening of the glass.
Next, determine the correct settings for your system. Send the file to the laser and press go - before you know it you'll have a gorgeous high-ball glass set customers will love!
Vi skickar dig en broschyr samt graverade och -skurna prover som har skapats med lasern.
